Most of the files for download are in PDF format.
Other file formats used are .doc, .xls (MS Office 2003), .docx, .xlsx (MS Office 2007) and .jpeg.
When you click on a file link, it will normally open the file in your browser.
If you are having a problem opening the files in your browser you can do this:
In Internet Explorer:
Right Click on the file link and select "Save Taget As" and save the file on your computer.
In Safari:
Right Click on the file link and select "Download Linked File As" and save the file on your computer.
