Law Program Description

The program introduces students to the main concepts, categories, principles and notions of state and law, as well as to current issues relevant to European politics and society. In addition to the General Studies, the specialized subjects taught in the Law Program during the 4 years (9th – 12th grade) of high school are: General Theory of Law • History of Bulgarian State and Law • General Study of Law • Constitutional Law • Civil Law • Administrative Law • Law of Estate • Criminal Law • Family Law • Financial Law • International Law • Public Law • Commercial Law • Contractual Law as well as Civil • Administrative and Criminal Action. The instructors are from the Faculty of Law at Sofia University, as well as outstanding judges, prosecutors and lawyers.
